Paul Fennell started his building career in the U.K. in 1979, working as an apprentice to a small family run building, painting and decorating company in Essex. After 4 years of training in all aspects of the trade, Paul left the U.K. to travel to Europe. He settled down to work in Corfu in April 1983. Paul's skills found him in high demand in the villa maintenance area and specialist paint finishing for the industry.

In 1993 he started the company "Finishers Property Renovation", expanding into property renovation, he has successfully renovated many Corfu homes. Paul has just finished a second renovated home for his own family where he now lives with his wife and children. The previous house is now for sale and details can be seen here. Dawn Purves-Fennell works with Paul with many aspects of the business. Dawn has many years of experience with the 'behind the scenes' paperwork. Building licences, planning requirements, electric and water connections are amongst some of the services she can assist clients with. Dawn has a well established list of contacts in all departments to ensure that paperwork is completed with the minimum of fuss. |
